RETURNS & REFUNDS (EUROPE)
The QVC Warehouse Promise: Love It or Return It Shop with complete confidence. As an official clearance outlet, we stand behind the quality of every item. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of dispatch to return it for a full refund to your original payment method or an exchange.
Return Conditions

Items must be returned in brand-new condition, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Hygiene Policy: For health and safety reasons, underwear and intimate apparel are non-returnable unless faulty.
HOW TO RETURN
Visit our Returns Portal to register your return. Simply enter your Order Number and Email Address.
1. EU Customers (European Union)

Hassle-Free Labels: We provide a pre-paid QR code or printable Postage Label directly from the portal for your convenience.

Return Cost: A small return shipping fee of €6.95 will be deducted from your final refund amount. (If you choose an Exchange or Store Credit, we waive this fee and cover the return shipping for you!)

Timeline: Please drop off your parcel within 28 days of generating the label.
2. Non-EU Customers (UK, Switzerland & International)

Self-Postage: Customers outside the EU customs union are responsible for arranging their own return shipping.

Instructions: Once registered in the portal, you will be provided with the correct warehouse address. We strongly recommend using a tracked service and keeping your postage receipt until your refund is processed.
REFUND & PROCESSING TIME

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Exchanges: Need a different size? Exchanges are processed immediately after warehouse inspection and shipped to you via standard service at no extra cost.
