Delivery of goods

In-stock items will be shipped within the following number of days after your order is placed.

<Orders for only one item>
If you order only one item and the item is in stock, and you place your order by noon, we will ship it the same day.
<Orders for multiple items>
We will ship once all items are in stock. If you select "cash on delivery" as your payment method, your order will be shipped within four business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, the New Year's holiday period, and the Obon period) after the order confirmation email is sent, but it may take a little longer.

Returns Policy

Please contact us within 7 days (including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) of the day the product arrives to let us know that you wish to return it using the method specified by our group.
