In this policy, personal information refers to information about living individuals, such as name, date of birth, address, email address, and password, as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Information Protection Act").
Furthermore, terms used in this policy that are defined in the Personal Information Protection Act have the same meaning in this policy unless otherwise defined.

The Xebio Group will acquire personal information of customers, etc. through appropriate and fair means, and will clearly indicate or publicly announce the purpose of use to customers, etc. in advance, or promptly notify or publicly announce the purpose of use after acquisition, unless otherwise permitted by law. The scope of personal information acquired by the Xebio Group will not exceed the limit necessary to achieve the predetermined purpose of use.

The Xebio Group will use personal information only to the extent necessary to achieve the pre-specified purposes of use, unless the prior consent of the customer or other individual is obtained or an exception is permitted by law.

The Xebio Group will take necessary and appropriate safety management measures to manage the personal information of customers, etc., to prevent leakage, loss, or damage, etc. Furthermore, we will provide necessary and appropriate supervision to employees and contractors who handle personal information.

The Xebio Group will not provide personal information to third parties without the consent of the individual, except in cases permitted as exceptions by the following laws and regulations. In cases where personal information is provided to a third party and a legal obligation to create records arises when providing such information to a third party, the Xebio Group will comply with this obligation.

Xebio Group will handle personal information provided by minors in the same manner as adults. However, for those under the age of 16, we may obtain parental consent as necessary.

The Xebio Group will respond sincerely and promptly to inquiries from customers and others regarding the disclosure, correction, suspension of use, deletion, and other personal information in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations. Please contact the contact point provided by the Xebio Group company (*) to which you or others provided your personal information.

The Xebio Group will appoint a personal information protection manager at each Xebio Group company under the Group Personal Information Protection Chief, who will have overall responsibility for the handling of personal information. The Xebio Group will also formulate a personal information protection compliance program that will include the establishment of internal regulations, regular training for executives and employees, and the implementation of appropriate internal audits. The program will be periodically reviewed in light of changes in the environment and will be continually strengthened and improved.
