SHIPPING POLICY (EUROPE)

We Ship to All European Countries We are pleased to offer dedicated shipping services across the entire European continent (including the EU, UK, and Switzerland). As an official clearance outlet, we optimize our logistics to get your warehouse deals to you as fast as possible.

1. ORDER PROCESSING

  • Processing Time: Please allow 2-4 business days for our warehouse team to pick, quality-check, and pack your order.

  • Quality Guarantee: Every item undergoes a final inspection to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

  • Note: During high-volume clearance events or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

2. ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

Our products are dispatched from our global distribution centers directly to Europe.

  • Main EU Countries & UK: 5 - 12 Business Days (Includes: Germany, France, UK, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, etc.)

  • Rest of Europe: 7 - 15 Business Days (Includes: Switzerland, Scandinavia, Eastern Europe, and remote regions)

Please note: These are estimates based on recent data. Shipping times do not include the 2-4 day processing period.

3. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

  • Dispatch Email: Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Tracking Number.

  • Updates: Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update in the local carrier's system (e.g., DHL, Hermes, Royal Mail, or La Poste).

4. DELIVERY ISSUES & INSURANCE

  • Lost Packages: While we work with trusted carriers, we understand that issues can happen. If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first.

  • Our Support: Unlike other retailers, we won't leave you stranded. If a package is confirmed lost in transit before delivery, we will issue a replacement or store credit.

  • Please ensure your shipping address is 100% correct at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect address details.

5. CUSTOMS & DUTIES (EU & UK)

For most orders within the European Union, taxes are handled in accordance with local regulations. However, for large clearance orders or shipments to non-EU countries (like Switzerland or Norway), import duties may apply upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
